Innovations in mesh kit technology for vaginal wall prolapse

The use of mesh in vaginal prolapse repair has demonstrated better cure rates compared with traditional techniques. In this round table discussion, G. Willy Davila, MD, Robert Moore, DO, Matthew H. Clark, MD, and Richard S. Bercik, MD, describe the process by which they started using mesh and their techniques for repair.
