Dr. Dhanani is an associate clinical professor in the department of medicine at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and the chief of the geriatric evaluation and management unit at the Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center (GRECC), VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS), Los Angeles, CA. At the time of this study, Dr. Yoh was a medical student at UCLA. She is now a resident in pediatric medicine at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL. Dr. Harada is an adjunct associate professor in the department of medicine at UCLA and a health science officer at the VAGLAHS GRECC. At the time of this study, Dr. Percy was an adjunct assistant professor in the schools of pharmacy at the University of California at San Francisco; University of the Pacific, San Francisco, CA; University of Southern California, Los Angeles; and Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, CA and a geriatric clinical pharmacist specialist at the VAGLAHS GRECC. She is now on family leave. Dr. Makinodan is a professor in the department of medicine at UCLA and a health science officer at the VAGLAHS GRECC.
