Ms. Kizer is a research coordinator, Ms. Whitehead is a therapist, Dr. Indest is a program manager, and Dr. Hauser is an associate director, all with the Northwest Hepatitis C Resource Center at the Portland VA Medical Center (VAMC), Portland, OR. Dr. Hauser is also the clinical director of the health and clinical neuroscience division of the Portland VAMC. In addition, Dr. Indest is an assistant professor in the department of psychiatry and Dr. Hauser is a professor in the departments of psychiatry, behavioral neurosciences, and internal medicine, both at Oregon Health and Science University, Portland.
