Dr. Wahls is the associate chief of staff at the Iowa City VA Medical Center (ICVAMC), Iowa City, IA; the medical center liaison for the Center for Research in the Implementation of Innovative Strategies in Practice (CRIISP), VA Health Services Research and Development Center of Excellence, ICVAMC; and an associate professor in the division of general medicine, department of internal medicine, University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, Iowa City. Ms. Jones is a research assistant at the ICVAMC CRIISP. Dr. Stewart is a senior investigator at the ICVAMC CRIISP and an associate professor and director of the PhD program in management and organizations at the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business, Iowa City. Ms. Murphy is the director of the primary care and specialty medicine service lines and Dr. Petzel is the network director, both for the VA Midwest Health Care Network (VISN 23), Minneapolis, MN.
