The campaign, "Play Safe in the Sun," is part of a 3-year outreach program sponsored by L'Oreal USA and involves outreach at a series of LPGA events. The activities include free skin cancer screenings, sun damage assessment, free sunscreen, and sun safety education information for all tournament attendees. In addition, local volunteer dermatologists will provide free, private skin cancer screenings for LPGA players, caddies, and media personnel.
