The SVS Foundation has extended the application deadline for its prestigious Resident Research Award to Tuesday, Jan. 22. This award is one of the most important opportunities for surgical trainees in vascular laboratories and includes the opportunity for the recipient to showcase his or her work in a podium presentation at the 2019 Vascular Annual Meeting. In addition, the recipient receives a $5,000 award. This year’s VAM is June 12 to 15 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Md., outside of Washington, D.C.
